Declaring the "No sugar" week.

Break the addiction:

Atleast the rest of the week-4 days precisely
-No brownies-not even the crumbs
-No icecream
-No raisin bread,however healthful still packed with sugar
-And none of that extra sweet fresh pineapple

Instead,
-toasted bread and poached eggs for bf
-left over grilled turkey patties and asparagus for lunch
-okra and lentils for dinner

And 300 calories on the Wii-thats the goal.
